Room was dark and not very clean, the stuff was nice and friendly, furniture was very old and some was damaged, bed was very uncomfortable, booking agent situated in the reception was unkind, all over not adequate to a 4 Star resort, would need some restaurations.NOT WORTH THE MONEY I SPENT

ein gutes hotel, am schoensten strandabschnitt von lamai, klimaanlage ist leider zu laut, badezimmer( wanne ), fußbodenfliesen und mobliliar müßten renoviert werden.

Really great location at the quiet end of Lamai Beach. Pool and beach were fantastic and the staff very friendly. We had four teenage boys and there was plenty of room and interest for them over the 10 days.

Our room was situated right obove the brekfast kitchen, so we woke up every morning for 14 days about 6 am with a lot of noise and the smell of fried bacon, since the kitchen ventilation apparently were paired with our air-condition!! Very disgusting. As if this were not enough, we also had visits from mice/rats in our room at night. Both running on the floor and furniture, and running into the ventilation space. During our 14 days stay, the pool was cleaned only once, Therefore it was quite dirty. Every 2nd or 3rd day would have been more appropriate.The breakfast buffet and dining room was not very uplifting, but really boring.

This is my third stay at Aloha since 1999 and im sad to see that it is falling apart. They really need to invest some money to get the hotel in shape again.With the location right on the beach is has potential to be one of the best hotel in Lamai.Breakfast was almost ok, but there was too little to choose from.One of the best locations on the beach and a good swimmingpool adds up a little bit.

Hotel was disapointing. Room facilities very old and decor the same.The hotel needs a fresh coat of paint and some small investment for televisions and kettles.The staff were very nice and the location is great. The hotel could get better return customers if they just invested a little extra.

My family stayed at the Aloha Resort Koh Samui for 7 days in October. We stayed in Deluxe seaview rooms which were large, clean, modern and had great views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a great location - right on the beach that boasted restaurants, massage huts, water sports. The hotel, grounds and pool were all immaculately maintained. Staff in the hotel were friendly and always willing to help. Enjoyed it so much we are going back next April....Ignore other reviews - this hotel is well worth a visit. Debra

The resort staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast buffet was more than ok. Overall: better than expected and good value for money.

The location is great, just on the beach at the end of Lamai Beach in Samui. The pool is very nice, the food in the restaurant on the beach also but we think our bedroom, and especially the bathroom, was not quite clean. It was noisy during the daytime and also at night (telephone ringing in the corridor !) so we would not go back to this hotel.
